Today at the GITEX AFRICA exhibition in Marrakech, the Regional Investment Center of the Tanger-Tetouan-AlHoceima region and the Regional Council Conseil de la Région Tanger-Tétouan-Al Hoceima had the pleasure of welcoming the British General Consul. During the meeting, Jalal Benhayoun, Director General of the Regional Investment Center, and Rabiah EL KHMLICHI informed the British delegation about the significant progress made by the TTA region. This region has rapidly become a model of mature economic development both nationally and internationally, thanks to a visionary Royal vision that has led to major projects like the Tanger Med industrial and port platform and the first high-speed rail line.
It was also an opportunity to showcase the region’s assets and investment opportunities, as well as the incentives and support offered by the investment ecosystem. The meeting focused on the region’s development prospects and potential avenues of cooperation between the two countries to boost British investments in the region and stimulate trade.
