Within the framework of the guidelines for the development of tourist activity in Tangier-Tétouan-AlHoceima Region, and considering the local authorities’ desire to increase the bed capacity of the city of Assilah, which enjoys tourist and cultural potential of worldwide fame, the Regional Investment Center of Tangier – Tétouan – Al Hoceima region in partnership with the Administration of Private Domains of the State is launching a call for expression of interest for the sale or rental of a state land located in a strategic location overlooking the corniche of the city of Assilah of an area of 2,949 m² for the construction of a 4 * hotel or plus.
